The Grade 9 had their AKK Interaction with students of Marcelino M. Santos High School on August 3, 2018. The objective of this activity is to increase awareness of the student’s role as stewards of God’s creation.

The day started with a prayerled by a student from Marcelino M. Santos. Following this, were the opening remarks from their officer in charge and several performances. The interaction continued after the break with an icebreaker activity in order to get to know each other better. The students then proceeded to plant their seedlings brought by the Assumption students.

The day went by quickly and it was time for the students to say goodbye to their partners. Assumption students returned to school for an evaluation of the activity wherein the students learned that being stewards of God’s creation is everybody’s responsibility, no matter who they are.
